A few details
- Online payment is made via our merchant account. You don’t need to install or download anything else.
- The entire sum of your ticket sales (minus the cost of the Evenium.net solution) will be transferred to you within 7 working days after the end of the event, as a direct debit, provided that no payment has been made during this period. Should any further payment be made, the deadline will be extended to 7 working days after this transaction.
- For every reimbursement of an order you will be charged €1.
(For example if you reimburse 2 orders containing 3 tickets each, you will be charged a total of €2) - Payments to absolutely everybody are subject to the same conditions
- All prices on this page are in Euros, all taxes excluded.
Example 1: Your conference at €50 per person
So you’re organising a conference with an entry fee of €50.
For every ticket sold via Evenium.net, we transfer €46.50 back to you.

Here’s the maths: €50 – 5% of the entry fee (€2.50) - €1 = €46.50
